Note that it's ideal to choose a painting in person, so the texture and full energy of the painting is available to you. Hence, I usually show painting only in a gallery, in my studio, or at a workshop. If I've made an exception and have shipped a painting to you, then of course we need to be clear about returns. Each painting wants to go where it will be cherished. Let's work together to help this happen.
Monitors and devices display colors differently, and a painting you see in person may look different from the same painting viewed on a screen. If you receive a painting or print that disappoints you, please do return it for an exchange or full refund.
How to arrange a return of artwork
Return any painting within two weeks, in the same superb condition in which you received it.
All artwork needs careful handling. Please save the packaging when you unwrap your shipment, to make it easier to repackage safely if need be. Keep the artwork clean and protect it from damage.
You're normally responsible for return shipping charges. Please let me know asap when you've decided to return artwork, and send me the tracking number of the shipment.
